Flexible 1 to 5 Year Leases
You are free to choose from one to five years lease term. Lease terms can be extended and renewed free of charge. Regardless of the length of lease the notice period remains three months in written.

Arrange a Valuation
STEP 1
Simply call the office on the freephone and speak to a dedicated member of staff to arrange a valuation on a date and time that suits you. If you’re the shy type, then press the book valuation button, fill the form and wait for someone to call you back to break the ice.
Property Compliance Inspection
STEP 2
One of our experienced staff members will visit you to carry out a compliance inspection to access if your property meets the requirements of the scheme. This will be followed by an email report with an offer.
Arrange Documents and Keys
STEP 3
If you agree to proceed, we will require copies of your EPC, gas and electric certificates, alongside 3 full sets of keys. We can help you obtain these documents and make copies of keys if required.
Final Inspection
STEP 4
A final inspection will be carried out once we are in receipt of all of the required documents and works to the property are complete, if required; to sign the property off.
Guaranteed Rent Starts
STEP 5
Finally, the contracts are signed and your guaranteed rent starts. Now you can enjoy the more important things in life without the stress of your property management.
